Mind’s Conundrum

"Purpose" is what ultimately defines the synchronization of ethos, thoughts and endeavours, it also lay down the blue print upon which one builds the versions of self identity, which in turn interacts with the outside environment to influence it and get influenced by it. Self correction and self-upgradation are the qualitative aspect of “self identity”. Choice is what explains the proclivity towards sticking to set of self construed identities or all together transforming them to bring in the new set of standards. However, no matter how appealing these both attitudes appear in theirs individual realms, too much of adherence to any of them results in “Identity Crisis”. If we dive deep to ponder over What actually is Mind Conflict? It may not be wrong to start with defining it as the situation where there exist multitude of expectations, on the alter of one's potential, struggling for getting appropriate realization. And of course the social grooming of the phenomenon of what is success and failure, have the invigorating impact on how one perceive, what one wants to expect or desire. As is evident, mostly in present scenario, that psychoanalysis is influencing the emotional choices and outcomes in far greater terms than what the reverse impact of emotional deliberations or inspiration have on the intellect. This has somewhat degraded the inner equilibrium of coherence resulting in lack of content, consent and concurrence of thoughts and emotions both within and in the outside world. Sense of security viz. social, intellectual and emotional, have different meaning among individuals and across societies, however, it play a humongous role in driving the “purpose” and engendering “conflicts” and “identities”

Statement on GST rollout

At the midnight stroke of 30th June- 1st July 2017 India's clarion call to usher new era of inclusive,transparent,simplified and effective economy will be heard throughout the nation. 

Goods and Services Tax (GST) will completely overhaul the taxation structure of the country for good, the outgoing taxing infrastructure embodied myriad loopholes which were costing the country dearly not only in form of unaccounted wealth but also in dismantling the confidence of honest taxpayers in the administration's efficacy. 

Those evading the attention of Tax Compliant authorities and carrying out theirs sinister businesses unhindered will find it hard to digest the reality of there being no such avenue in GST regime as in order to claim credit one needs to upload invoice bills and in order to do so one must be registered under GSTN. Moreover, by inclusion of taxation infrastructure the unnecessary expenditures can be effectively tapped. 

To sum up, by maintaining trio equilibrium of democracy, federalism and union India is slowly embracing the path of development unprecedented  in  the world and only the meager outlook will fail to judge the rising superpower of tomorrow.

Beginning of Inclusive Economy:GST

As India is inching towards the biggest tax reform since independence there are many struggling hard to come face to face with reality of social inclusion, simplified tax structure and diminishing loopholes facilitating corruption.
Recently a newspaper report enshrined the urgency with which this 'Suit-Boot' lobby of business class is innovating new ways to keep their interests going after roll out of GST from July 1,2017. With the government intentions becoming clear on placing the daily use or basic utility products under 'no or minimum' tax slab the merchants enjoying lion's share finds it is no longer a cake walk to maintain huge profits as the relaxation has to be passed on to the customers.
However, this 'big appetite' class instead of compromising their interests is again inventing tactics to burn pockets of plebeian. It is reported that by reducing the quantity of products by few grams and price according to new tax system they are banking on running their profits unhindered.
Nevertheless, India will become a resilient and transparent economy in days to come and this is just the beginning.

Rekindled India

These are not ordinary times, one may easily sense the tremors recent incidents have caused around the globe be it genocide in middle east in name of faith or surfeiting unemployment globally and above all the threat of climate change encapsulating umpteen disasters in form of natural calamities. 

When the world is preparing itself for abysmal times, India remains exception. Some subliminal and prevaricate efforts have rekindled the plebeian to give up laxity and contrive incessantly to keep up the spirit of hope and devotion alive, and endeavour new era by interlacing spiritualism with rationalism. This will not only quench the human desires but also instill rationale of sustainable approach. 

Although machine age bestowed several presents in form of alleviating manual labour hardships but its unchecked exploitation culminated in bane of myriad problems ranging from health issues to increasing rich-poor gap. To do away with this its necessary to focus on developing village economy and devising new ways so that environment remains unperturbed. This will also generate local employment potential, in addition to checking inflation. 

Time has come when Homo Sapiens should learn harmonizing with their surroundings as far as possible and cut down on theirs' leisure in excess, instead devoting time to unravel their own mind by following the footsteps of great souls born in ancient India who left vast treasure of knowledge to guide future generations.

Skill India: New & Important Initiative

Skill India campaign launched by Government of India caters to maintaining equilibrium between the strength attaining particular skill and its demand in the market. Several reports have adduced the inefficiency of the administration to educe international standard knowledge among those who become eligible for serving after going through institutions. Moreover, it has been apprised of  that approximately 17 million workforce enters learning stage per year and presently country can handle the strength of    4 million, in addition to fully update one with particular skill it takes about   1-4 years. 

Thus realizing the gravity of the situation this campaign is not only important but also warrants interest and support of plebeian to yield desired results.

Important pillars on which rests the soul of this scheme are as follows: 

  1.   Devising qualitative infrastructure and teaching faculties.

       2.   Providing Skill certificate.

       3.   Proper monitoring of attendance and evaluation.

       4.   Placements.

Government has considered placements as the sole parameter of qualitative imparting of skills and it aims to place 75% of trainees by subsidizing training centers accordingly.

Ethics of Polity

Polity of any region epitomizes  philosophy and development of its populace. Levied upon the shoulders of those who lead, is a huge responsibility, in order to commensurate with the magnanimity of the service there should be certain qualities desirable to be inherent in leaders; piety in thoughts, honesty in actions and guardian of diversity. 

Thoughts in subliminal faculties of mind manifests themselves in gross world depending upon the enormity of one's willpower allocated to it. Leaders drive the nation and means taken to develop justifies the end-so pious mind enthuses morality and self-introspection as the basis of development and obsessed mind evolves corrupt practices culminating in decimation of civilization. 

'प्राण जाए पर वचन न जाए', a verse from Tulsidas Ramayan eulogizes the importance of truth behaviour in guiding the society vis-a-vis rulers' credibility rests on their walking the talks. Honesty in implementation of promises also augments trust in nation by rulers around the globe, hence increasing bilateral or multilateral cooperation resulting in overall development of society. 

Diversity is the soul of evolution, inquisitiveness and innovations. Homogeneous society not only educes narrow outlook towards life but also obstructs the path of civilizational improvements vis-a-vis refinement. So, polity should endeavour to sustain heterogeneity in society such that it do not tend to conflict of interests in different sections of ethnicity.

Unchecked Desires

The hullabaloo occurring all over the world in form of stumbling economy, rising terrorism and intolerance among nations to annex neutral territories solely describes what modern world has achieved via unchecked and unwarranted developments in the fields of technology and industrial sectors. The former has led to myriad of mental and physical ailments and the latter has threatened the future of life on this beautiful planet.
The progress of any civilization rests on its innovations and inquisitiveness, the equilibrium in these two aspects harmonizes relations with environment and hence leading peaceful life becomes reality,however imbalance set aside rationale behind any innovation inviting whirlpool of problems culminating in decline of civilization.
The root of sufferings if judged properly can be attributed to lack of self-introspection among individuals, organizations and nations. Every fight is for securing resources bestowed upon living beings by the earth; instead of sharing them judiciously we devote most time of our precious life in accumulating as much as possible and leaving this abode with guilt of  living life congruent to those of animals. In animal kingdom only Homo Sapiens possesses power to think beyond their material desires and if only for mortal pleasures one waste this opportunity nothing can be described as more unfortunate than this.
WE need to arise and awake our mental faculties to unravel hidden sources of power within ourselves and for this the constraint of keeping tap on our hunger of resource accumulation is indispensable.
